I must say that preparing legume burgers is very simple. Just take a box of already cooked beans, or as in my case I use the beans that I cook personally and then freeze in 400/500 g jars.
Legume hamburgers are very useful, especially in summer because pasta or rice seem too hot to me, instead they can also be eaten warm or even cold.
Cook the beans if you have not already cooked them, put them in the glass of the blender and add all the other ingredients. Blend and put at least half an hour in the fridge.
Then put a little oil in a pan and heat and cook the Burgers for two minutes on each side, just to make him make the crust because the ingredients inside, apart from the egg, are all already cooked.
It is an excellent vegetarian recipe that becomes vegan if you remove the egg and cheese.
